The language of the application can now be changed directly from the app settings.

The Finnish coronavirus tracking app, Koronavilkku, is now available in English for download.

The new update 1.1 of the app, which contains the English language version, was launched on Tuesday for Android devices and the iOS application for iPhone has been on the Apple App Store since Wednesday.

The language of the application can now be changed directly from the app settings.

“Koronavilkku in English gives more and more people living in Finland the opportunity to participate in preventing the spread of the epidemic. The new Language selector makes it easier to change the language. The change was made based on the feedback we received from users,” said Aleksi Yrttiaho , THL's Director of Information Management.
