Minister of Family Affairs and Social Services, Krista Kiuru, may have been exposed to coronavirus. She will work remotely for the time being and will undergo a Covid-19 test.
The Government Communications Department said in a press release that in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health "a few people" may have been exposed to the disease in the course of their work.
These people have been contacted and are also switching to work remotely "as a precautionary measure".
Government says the minister will continue to carry out her duties normally, albeit remotely.
