Polar nights have begun in Finland. Known to Finns as Kaamos, this is the darkest time of the year, which for many people means isolation, depression and lack of energy.

But not everything has to be bad news. With a little humor, even the lack of light can be overcome with joy and happiness.

Do you want to be happier in the time of darkness? In this video, international comedians Almost Finns will tell you how.
